Refund taking a while?....

so somebody bought something off me via depop without messaging me before hand so i told them i was going to refund i click refund and it says that its complete but it also says it will take till the 9th or April to complete any way i can cut down this time as i dont want alot of angry messages accusing me of scamming

You can only refund from funds already in your paypal balance = instant OR

funds from your bank account as an echeque = 5-7 working days.

Nothing you can do about it, you have refunded and now they have to wait.
