MIPs and paypal reversal.

i had an open dispute , that read complaint type, MIPs complaint , reason ,inqiery by  paypal , is this a complaint by the buyer or have paypal taken it on themselves to reverse payment and close the  case without explaining the reason. i am out of pocket and item. the case is closed and i dont know what i have done i have messaged the buyer but had no response. any theories will be appreciated. i have read some other comments about this but need an answer.thank's.

Hey there,

 

MIP’s complaints are usually what we call a ‘Not as Described’ case if it’s for multiple items payments. But your case sounds like a fraud reversal, meaning we believed the payment to be possibly fraudulent and would have informed you of this via email and requested tracking or proof of postage if you had shipped the item.

 

If you didn’t respond with a tracking number, or uploaded a postage receipt then the case would have closed and the funds reversed back to the user.

Hi, it's also happened to me and had claimed the cases. I've more than 4 transactions from the same buyer but only 2 cases MIPs Complaint type and the other not problem. Now I've negative balance. How to resolved this problem?. Thanks - Wenris
