Hi, I sold an item in ebay. I sent it fully tracked to Ebay GSP the same day by special delivery. The buyer has received the item via E-Bay Global Shipping on the 17th February. No case has been opened by anyone.
Paypal have just reversed the payment for no reason with no explanation. I sent information to paypal regarding tracking and the transaction when requested. What happened to seller protection and how can I get my money? I feel as though I have been robbed.
In addition. On the say of the sale, the payment was made twice and one reversed. There was no explanation for this either. I contacted E-bay who said they will appeal on my behalf but how can Paypal do this without explanation which is infuriating.
I am now out of pocket by £138.55 plus the time to list and post.
