Buyers address missing

Hi

On my last transaction of a purchase from a buyer the buyers address details are missing.

Please can you tell me how to locate this address or what the problem is.

Hi GourmetCafe, 

Is it possible that your buyer paid you using a personal payment as these payments do not have the address in them. 

I would review the transactions also to ensure it was sent as a goods payment. If so the address should be in there. If you are still not seeing it I would recommend that you contact us directly so we can take a look for you.
