Buyer added address

Hi, I sold something on eBay and the buyer paid but has asked me to ship to a different address.

I asked them to add the new address to their PayPal account before I would send the parcel to them.

He has confirmed he's done this, but I can't see this on the details of the transaction.

Please could you let me know where I can see this second address. Thanks.

Any address changes made AFTER the payment was made would not affect that payment.

You may need to refund the buyer > then get them to pay again using their new gift address.
