I didn't change my paypal address on depop, money is going to my invalid account.

the buyers are paying and the money they are saying has left their account. my depop account also says payment received. I tried logging onto paypall with my old email address but it no longer works- How do i retrieve this money?

Hi ir16340 and welcome, 

I am sorry to hear that this is happening. Are you still able to use your old email address? If so it may be a good idea to add this back to your PayPal account as a second email address. Once you add it back to your PayPal account and confirm it your pending payments can be added to your PayPal account. If you no longer have access to this account then the best option would be to ask your buyers to cancel their payment and resend it to your new email address instead.
