A few hours ago I received a message that a person had asked pay pal to refund his money because according to him he never received what he bought.
What happens is that he bought a digital help, what he means is that he paid me for helping him to go up in a game.
Now I don't know what to do because he wants to take my money and it's unfair because I did what he paid for.
Is there anything I can do to win the case?

You need to read up on paypals seller protection policy for virtual /digital items in the event of a claim for non receipt.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
