Help! Someone must have hacked into my Paypal account on memorial day and made about 20 different fraudulent transfers to different bank accounts from my PayPal balance. They cited “friends and family” as the reason, which I am understanding now does not qualify for purchase protection. I do not know these people and I did not authorize these transfers. How do I go about getting my money back from this fraud? How did someone even do this to me?
