Paypal nowadays very bad , PP-R-HCV-511258323 this is case I'd now closed paypal, I buy hoodie from seller( bulk ) hoodie name is jewellery hoodie. So seller not delivered my item so I make dispute but paypal said ineligible item so refused this case after I apeal case again open now , paypal representative call ask to change case type I said why , support said need to change I give permission but after few minutes I will see " tech issue ' customer cancellation this case" my question why I closed this case now , now I try to open but I can't open this case . because already closed in this case nobody help me even not support. Anybody help Paypal asper rules all before account limited all transactions 100% biyer protection eligible

A dispute for an unauthorised transaction is telling paypal that your account was hacked and used without your consent to make that transaction.
Paypal would check IP addresses and devices and close the dispute if it was you that made the transaction.

You are only allowed 1 dispute per transaction so the only way you can get a second dispute opened is to contact Paypal and see if they will open a second dispute for you.

If not then if you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then consider contacting your card issuer and see if they will help you with a chargeback?

Dear respected team I'm really upset this case. , someone said account limited that's why can't reapeal this case , but this transaction before limited , so I'm sure 100% eligible buyer protection . And most important I open fast item not received service then paypal said it's not eligible buyer protection. My question how it's ineligible ( I buy "jewellery hoodie" name of the hoodie So paypal think it's jewellery item so refused this casw I explain all . Another same seller have 2 case same subject but one is refused another one Is I get refund. How it's possible. Anyways I request apeal this refusing case so open after 1 day I talking customer support via chat then call this Ayesha customer service representative, so I received they said you need to change case reason so I said so change. Now I ask a question to Ayesha how long take to change case reason they said 30 min but after 6 minutes case was closed because your customer representative said "tech issue customer cancellation this case" how it's possible I'm cancel this case I've all call recording also maybe you've all recorded. Now tell me what can I do ? I request many time it's your representative do this wrong update now I'm facing issue.. Even unfair resolution. If fast time customer update wrong tracking I'd even case was closed seller favour but after apeal I win one case . I'm really depressed paypal investigation team do also wrong update. I will apeal BBB.org now because your luck of customer support, regarding harassment, about dispute without resolution seller favour. Even seller fraud seller delete her paypal account. Even I see my case resolution seller not responding any case . We have now closed this claim and there are no further actions you need to take.. Here showing tech issue customer cancellation this case. It's how it's possible. Simple ask seller update delivery proof so it's simple resolution .

Any idea to get refund? Card dispute take long time that's why I try to get refund though paypal
