I ordered what I thought was 8 beautiful handcrafted glass and metal robin tree decorations, I thought it was a little UK business called Flair-Frost, it was however this scam company who also took more money than was on my invoice and sent me plastic tat. I’ve contacted them and they say item is as described!! 24 days to reach me and was surprised when shipping details said it was shipping from Albuquerque. I’ve applied to PayPal as the company either ignore or keep returning the same message back to me.

That's the problem you don't know who you are dealing with until you get a charge to Paypal. They hide under many different company names on Facebook. I've decided never to use a Facebook seller in future.

Ordered goods, from Zero-Miracle Network 3 Bras. 6XL. paid with Pay Pal £23.99. Never received the actual goods for weeks. Then suddenly a small tiny bit of material turned up in a small grey polythene bag. Complete scam. Can’t understand why Pay Pal are supporting this company & allowing me to be scammed.

Hello @Temp20230925c
Welcome to the PayPal Help Community and thanks for posting!
Sorry to hear the issue with your purchase. I understand that you're looking to return the item. PayPal protection policy covers the buyers and sellers for all eligible transactions. To be fair to both parties, PayPal ask the buyer to return the item which is significantly different from its description to the seller to process the refund. I would recommend you to get in touch with the PayPal support team about the false return address. You can find the contact options to reach the team here.
Regards,
Bindu
