How to deal with Nymbus,LLC

How do I deal with Nymbus,LLC after they added products to my order that I did not sanction?

I just had the same experience after purchasing ONE bra in April, they have been charging me $34.76 every month without my consent. I lodged a case against them, I sent them emails, I've call multiple times. Today, PAYPAL notified me that my case has been denied. 

Thanks Paypal for NOT standing up for erroneous payments withdrawn from my account.

If they are subscriptions which were inadvertently taken out then paypal legally has to pay them as you have authorised them to do so.


Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''


Advice is voluntary.

I have been onto PayPal twice in two days god knows over a direct payment to Nymbus llc i tally it up to near enough short of 400 i don’t what i was I was supposed to have ordered but it goes back to as far as September 19th 2023 and that was at my old address and i wasn’t even living in that address there could be more my head has been all all over the place that year as I lost my sister in December 2022 and I had moved into my flat where i am now where my brother came to tell me she passed so unless the person who lives at my old flat has ordered stuff in my name god i wish i knew it’s alot of money none of us should have to be without so has anyone got anything back

Here is my experience: I noticed a similar charge today and do not recall signing up for this VIP service that FitCharm and Nymbus LLC claim I’ve been receiving. I’ve already been charged twice. When I called, the Nymbus Rep initially offered a partial refund for one charge, which I rejected. After requesting to speak with a manager, the Rep later returned to offer a full refund for one month. I declined again, insisting on a refund for both months. After being placed on hold for over 20 minutes, they finally agreed to credit me for all the months I was charged. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and feels like a scam.

Nymbus llc has been charging my account for months I haven’t noticed as it’s gone from my PayPal account which I sell them check. They have a very sneaky way of adding $35 a As a membership fee for which I’ve received nothing! This is a huge rip off. I’m not sure the benefit of the LLC except to protect them from something.

If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account.
