PayPal has restricted my account due to my identity not being confirmed. I was completing this process, and after confirming my identity with my drivers license, it was asking me to confirm my residential address. According to <a href="

https://www.paypal.com/au/webapps/mpp/confirm-your-identity</a> , I should be able to confirm my residential address with my driver’s license as long as it was not used to confirm my identity. I am unable to confirm my identity with any other method as I am still living with my parents, so the house is not in my name (therefore no utility bill or council rates with my name) and my bank and tax statements all use my billing or postal address (a P.o. box, which PayPal doesn’t allow). I also do not receive Centrelink payments. Is there any way for me to confirm my residential address another way, or at least change the method of confirming my identity so that I can use my driver’s license for proof of residence?
