hello @IkeEisen paypal does not go back on a decision for a restricted account. it will therefore be necessary to see that with them.
During working days and hours of operation (Monday to Friday) on paypal: - at the bottom of the Help And Contact page then at the bottom of the page that opens "contact us" (on the right) and finally, still at the bottom right: "call us" (you will have an authentication code and a phone number)
if you are having trouble joining paypal, you can do so on twitter and facebook.
paypal is present on both. all you have to do is "send a private message"
( https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter. )

it keep showing "money sent - Pending" for 5..7 days even money deducted from bank account paypal just uses our money for 5 days
only small transfer are instant ...zille is best i dont know why I opened paypal ...fraud service
no proper help from customer care...they dont show already added bank account when try to send money
every time need to add account then it shows payment option
worst app...pls refund my balance and do whatever u want to do just return my money
paypal itself fraud service....dont trust....no guaranteed service at all

Better Business Bureau. It is an organization in the US that helps settles disputes with a business. You DO NOT have to be a citizen or even residing in the US to utilize it. Here is the link to start the claim: https://www.bbb.org/file-a-complaint/1216-210387/form . If that does not work here are the steps: 1.) Go to www.bbb.org 2.) Select file a complaint from drop down menu. 3.) Select "I'd like to file a complaint against a business, and have BBB help me get a resolution to my problem." 4.) Search for PayPal (exact one you want is [removed] San Jose, CA [removed]. 5.) Answer "No" to all the questions on next page then hit continue. 6.) Just hit continue on the next page. 7.) It will take you to the page I linked where you can fill out all the information. This part is like 2 or 3 pages. When done I suggest screenshotting or printing your confirmation number. This process does take time, and the BBB will email you anytime the status changes, from them accepting it, to PayPals response. So be sure to keep eye on your email and PayPal account. This also works for any business registered with the BBB which is just about any US based company. I do have some other tips for removing permanent limitation if you need. Just reply to this if you need them.
