Hi there, I have the same issue. I opened a PayPal business account and followed all the instructions but now it says that it's permanently restricted due to potential risk & I cannot conduct any further business with PayPal. Something about activity in my account that goes against their user agreement. I have no idea what they're on about and I can't get through to anyone to help me. I sell candles, that's it. They're making me feel like a criminal for having a small business. I'm situated in Australia. Any advice?

Same thing happened to me after I put in my Card, I don’t know if there is something wrong with my card, it’s a Mastercard.

WTH! Quit blatantly lying. I have gotten a permanent limitation removed. So how did that happen.

Yes you guys can restore a permanently limited account just not over the phone they do it internally you just have to call [removed] number & have them push up your case to the people in the back office

How is this the accepted solution. PayPal can remove permanent limitations. Saying "suck it buttercup" helps nobody.

This may help So little late to the party, but try filing a complaint with the BBB. Everyone says permanent limitations can't be lifted but read the resolved complaints. Hell I even had it lifted before (luckily I got the best PayPal employee on the line that day)

I appreciate your enthusiasm in helping others find a solution to permanent account limitation, but how exactly is this supposed to work? Like, how will PayPal know it was you who filed a BBB complaint? Should we include our PayPal user names in the complaint? Will the BBB even let us? Looking forward to your reply, I can’t speak for anyone else here but I appreciate the help, thank you 🙏

That is reasonable.
My Paypal is permanently locked for no reason, can't complain.
I cannot get my money back.
My account does not have any service bill related claims.
Paypal scam takes money from customers.
