I had a Bandcamp order via Paypal on 20/11/2023
Since that time the seller/artist did not respond or confirm my purchase and did not get any physical order.
I have already contacted with the seller in different platforms (outside the Bandcamp too).
No response at all!!!
I reported this issue to the Bandcamp customer service, they sent uncountable messages/attention to the selller/artist.
I opened a Paypal case and asked the full refund just because I am eligible for a buyer protection (I thought) and I followed the rules step by step.
The Paypal case has been closed yesterday (29/01/24) without any reason.
I never ever get any answer my requests, the Paypal ignore my refund request too.
Is it normal procedure, What else shall I do to get my money back???
