Hello! id like to ask why, National ID , Passport and Drivers license only for valid ID?? cause I never wanted to ride a plane i don't want to drive a car, i don't have a car! National id so slow process in my country 2yrs and i still don't have National ID. Postal should be a valid since its personal for local citizen. why its hard to get ID now!!!! please help!! Any way i can unlock my PayPal?? i can provide birth certificate ! T_T
