Unauthorized transaction being classed as Authorized in review FALSELY!

Yesterday someone made a unauthorized transaction via my paypal account, via a sony playstation account auto transaction that was not mine. Both my Paypal and Sony accounts are Norwegian based (as I was living in Norway when I created them), however I am now living in the US.

I attempted to contacted Both the Sony Playstation and Paypal customer service via phone call, but both tell me I need to contact the Norwegian based services of those. I do not have the means to make international calls. I attempted to use the resolution center to review my case, but Paypal instantly closed the case claiming it was an authorized transaction, WHICH IT WAS NOT! (Yes, I am beyond irritated at this point).

I can no longer use the resolution center on that transaction (a terrible system I might add). The person I spoke to at Sony Customer service stated Paypal should refund me, given that it was an unauthorized transaction. I use the paypal app, or text message to authorize any paypal transaction, and no such authorization request came through whatsoever.

I do not use a bank account connected to my Paypal account, and the money was taken directly from my paypal wallet funds.

I require a direct line of contact with Paypal Norway to sort out this situation.

I am seriously disappointed with the lack of service from Paypal customer support.

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts / cancel any subscriptions and close the old Paypal account before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.

To contact customer services in Norway log on to the Norwegian paypal account and without logging in click on phoning as a guest buyer.

Quick question, you state log into Norwegian account, and then state without logging in phone as quest buyer. How do I log in but not log in?
It still wouldn't matter as it would still count as an international call, which just isn't an option for me for the foreseeable future
