Unauthorized Transaction on My PayPal Account #fraud

I am Marc [removed] from the Philippines, and I need some advice regarding an unauthorized transaction on my PayPal account. It seems that someone from Canada accessed my account and ordered a doordash, its still pending though.

i would like to know how I can process a refund for this unauthorized transaction. Are there any documents or additional information I need to provide to facilitate this process? additionally, when I tried to file a case in PayPal about the transaction, I received the following message: "We're sorry, you can't file a case on this type of transaction." Could anyone guide me on what steps I should take next?

If its pending then the ''order'' has not gone through yet and you can't file a dispute until the transaction completes.

If it doesn't complete then it should time out at a maximum of 30 days.

If it completes then file a dispute for an unauthorised transaction as per link.

I would also change your password etc.

Is there a way to cancel this transaction? I am concerned that once the item is delivered, I may not be able to recover my funds
