I am seeing multiple people recently stating the same issue. I have. Reoccurring bill from VPN mobapps limited but when you email them it goes to fashion gurus. The only fashion app I had was Lumi. Which shows up on apple pay as $0.00 charges. I also emailed them to cancel my subscription. While back. I’ve emailed both Lumi and fashion did not respond. I believe this could be a scam as I also recently noticed last month my password for my Apple ID was chAnged which I don’t remember doing

I am having the same exact problem! There is no option on the paypal site for this problem! I didn't authorize (or certainly did not intend to) any of it and have since been charged 34.99 a month since June. That's 174.95! I reached out to the company but nothing! Help paypal!

Hello @HElizabeth,
Thanks for joining the PayPal Community to ask your question!
I'm sorry to hear about the unauthorized automatic payment on your PayPal account. If all charges, including the original, were unauthorized, you can file an unauthorized dispute following the steps on our Help Center here. If the original charge was authorized, it is unlikely the dispute would be approved, though. An unauthorized dispute can only be approved if we can determine someone else had logged into the PayPal account to make it. However, if this is a situation where you had canceled the subscription but the merchant continued to charge it, you can file a billing dispute. If you haven't already, you can also find instructions for how to cancel the automatic payment on our Help Center as well: What is an automatic payment and how do I cancel or update one?
In the event that you've already filed a dispute but need help updating it to a different dispute type, feel free to reach out to Customer Support by selecting 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page.
I hope this information helps you obtain a refund!

I also was scammed by this website (Lumi/VPN/MOBAPPS). I disputed the payment immediately. I had paid (supposedly) $.99 for a personalized wardrobe report and the next day my account was hit for $49. I disputed this on Paypa and I received an email from PayPal confirming that this debit would be refunded. Then I received a review request from Paypal and of course, I was very satisfied and pleased with this level of support.
Once I submitted this review, I received another email from PayPal telling me that I would not get a refund.Telling me they had documents that confirmed this charge was consistent with my buying history!! Providing me with yet another email to contact if I want to appeal this and to get a copy of the "documents" they cite as proof.
So I am now appealing this and directing them to see how many customers are being scammed by this site. I am disappointed in the action from PayPal and rethinking what I need to use online in the future if PayPal cannot be relied on for the great customer service they have provided in the past.
