Where do I send the requested documents when the link in the message center message from PayPal does not work? The link PayPal sent me on the last message in the message center is the one that does not work. Did you receive any "uploaded documents" from me? Can you send a new link? Where can I find the results of the uploaded documents submission?

I see you've questions about uploading a document, and the link from the message center does not seem to work. If you're submitting the documents to verify your account or resolve limitations on the account, you can follow the instructions mentioned in the Article. If you're sending a document for a dispute that you filed, kindly follow the instructions mentioned in the Article. If you continue facing issues, you can contact PayPal directly or via Facebook or Twitter. They should be able to guide you.

I have never filed a dispute. I was waiting to receive instructions from PayPal about my account. Then, on September 11, 2023, I received a message about uploading documents to access my funds in PayPal. “ Hi Veronica, Welcome back What do you want to get done today? ^ Feedback Submit info to access your funds To continue having access to your funds, you need to submit the info requested.” I called a customer service representative and asked them about it. They sent me an instantaneous message on message center and instructed me to use the link to upload message. “ PayPal Support Upload Your Documents Here Sep 11, 2023 Hello Veronica [removed], Thanks for working to upload documents to your PayPal account. Please follow this link to complete the process: https://www.paypal.com/documentcenter/upload/fdc9277[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]5027273864cf We'll review your documents once they’re uploaded. If you’re having an issue uploading the documents, let the representative know, or reach back out to our team if we’re not in contact. Thanks, PayPal Customer Service ” I clicked on the link and received a UPLOAD DOCUMENT screen. “ 1:18 < [removed] Document upload Please provide necessary documents: • Your documents need to be valid and legible. • We will handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Statement. Document type (Click to choose Docume... Other ? Drag and drop or click to browse PNG, JPEG, TIF, PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX | Up to 100MB each, 13 files remaining • Successfully submitted to PayPal A PNG file (930.5 kB) Other A JPG file (1.1 MB) Other 2 file(s).” Ever since then, I have been waiting for the results of my document upload.
