I have never filed a dispute. I was waiting to receive instructions from PayPal about my account. Then, on September 11, 2023, I received a message about uploading documents to access my funds in PayPal. “ Hi Veronica, Welcome back What do you want to get done today? ^ Feedback Submit info to access your funds To continue having access to your funds, you need to submit the info requested.” I called a customer service representative and asked them about it. They sent me an instantaneous message on message center and instructed me to use the link to upload message. “ PayPal Support Upload Your Documents Here Sep 11, 2023 Hello Veronica [removed], Thanks for working to upload documents to your PayPal account. Please follow this link to complete the process: https://www.paypal.com/documentcenter/upload/fdc9277[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]5027273864cf We'll review your documents once they’re uploaded. If you’re having an issue uploading the documents, let the representative know, or reach back out to our team if we’re not in contact. Thanks, PayPal Customer Service ” I clicked on the link and received a UPLOAD DOCUMENT screen. “ 1:18 < [removed] Document upload Please provide necessary documents: • Your documents need to be valid and legible. • We will handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Statement. Where do I send the requested documents when the link in the message center message from PayPal does not work? I am writing to request information regarding my escheated funds as mentioned in the attached document on page 48, specifically in the section titled "dormant accounts." I believe that I may have unclaimed funds that were escheated and I would like to inquire about the process to retrieve these funds.   I understand that escheated funds are transferred to the appropriate government authority if an account remains inactive or dormant for an extended period. However, I would like to verify whether any of my funds were classified as escheated and if they are eligible for recovery.   Could you please provide me with the necessary steps and documentation required to claim these funds?
