I understand you'd like to learn more about supplying documents within a PayPal claim. If you upload supporting documents, PayPal representatives will be the only ones who can view them. This is to protect your privacy, just in case any sensitive information is accidentally uploaded.

Thanks for reaching back out!
When a case is in a dispute phase, the seller will be able to see the messages. However, once it's escalated to a claim, any additional messages would only be able to be reviewed by PayPal Customer Support. You can learn more about the difference between a dispute and a claim on our Help Center here.
