Client disputed a transaction on PayPal but I refunded them already on shopify

So I had already refunded this client on my Shopify but just saw that a case was closed and on PayPal for the same exact amount. Is she being refunded twice?? How can I make sure I don’t lose the money twice?

If you didn't use paypal to issue the refund (by clicking on the transaction and using the 'refund' option at the bottom of that details page), then as far as Paypal are concerned you didn't refund unfortunately.
