My account was permanently restricted by you. now two transactions 4FB45837BU364723S 455069925X392833B Especially first one has been received for 28 days, tracking added, delivered, still on hold, you let me ask Grailed, Grailed ask me to ask you, I need you and Grailed release the payment let it transfer to my PayPal balance.

Thank you for your post and welcome back to the forum! I'm sorry to hear about the limitation on your account. I know that the limitation and the held funds can be frustrating.

A permanently limited PayPal account will have funds held for up to 180 days, and no further activity will be allowed for sending or receiving. I am sorry for the inconvenience this may pose.

Welcome back to our Community Forum. Normally, that means there are steps which require your attention in your Resolution Center before you can resume using PayPal to send or receive payments as you normally would.
