I ordered a item from a guy about 8 hours across the state. Paid thru PayPal, and never got the item. When I finally got the FedEx tracking number to see where it was. The seller sent a photo and a copy of the tracking information, says it was delivered in the town I live in. He has been selling 3 months. I have been with Ebay for 13 plus years. Called FedEx, the package number isn't in my name or addressed to me. That's all they could tell me! I get it. But he is still producing the same tracking slip. Yes, I have contacted him so many times, and ask both Ebay and paypal.com to intervine, and at least let's conference call FedEx, so I can prove it never came to me. They have turned all my appeals down because of his tracking showing it was delivered. But I just want my money back because I got ripped off by both, any suggestions as how to go about things now. FedEx call would handle it in a few minutes. FedEx can't intervine either.
