I'm a streamer on Twitch and I accept donations from my viewers who want to donate. As usual on Twitch, when person sub or donate, he gets things like Discord role, access to private servers, something from streamer, etc. It's not something I'm obligated to do/give in exchange for donation, just some treats to viewers as "thank you". I accept payments as Friends and Family, firstly - because I don't sell anything, second - it's written that such payments not refundable, what made me feel safe to give viewers something in exchange. So now more and more I'm getting refunds of Friends And Family transactions with reason: "Unauthorized transaction". In these disputes I write in description, how and from where I've got this transaction, as well I even tried to explain, that these people are scammers, they take gifts from me, and after that refund. I've got many refunds of transactions that was made months even year ago. And for every such refund I have to pay extra money for "Dispute Fee"! So I'm not only refund money to scammers, but also pay decent amount to PayPal, when PayPal just literally support scammers and rob my account, bet they don't even read and check what you say in this dispute. Right now I just understand, that PayPal is scam and PayPal support assist only scammers. Is there's a way to accept donations easily and 100% without any chance for these transactions be refunded?

Its against Paypal rules to accept a family / friends payment for selling goods OR services and you risk your Paypal account being limited if you do so.
A buyer or donor would not be able to open a Paypal dispute for non-receipt of item or item not as described as they would have no Paypal buyer protection.
However they can still open a dispute for an unauthorised transaction OR do a chargeback (via their card issuer) and you may well lose as you would have no Paypal seller protection.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
