Is Temu a Reliable operation.

I mistakenly bought from this Temu Company. They sent me ladies shoes a month ago and I returned them st my expense. I still do not have a refund ! It was six weeks ago. They keep harassing me gor more information !! They have been awful to deal with.

Did you open a paypal dispute?

Which one did you open?

Did you escalate to a claim?

Did you win?

Did paypal tell you to return the shoes?

Did you send them trackable?

Did you give paypal the tracking number..

If none of that was yes then its between you and the merchant to sort out between yourselves as you have not involved paypal at all.

Check the reviews on google for Temu. I wouldn't buy anything from them personally.
