Was changing cryptocurrency to PayPal USD and 1.5 month after the transaction made as "payment" got notification that the "buyer" said he didn't receive the good. How can I proof PayPal that I did not sell any goods to that person and how can I unfreeze my money, that are held?
You can't. No matter how much evidence you provide, they will side with the buyer. It's a dumb policy now that they withhold funds once you hit your limit. 21 days? Give me a break.. PayPal used to be great.
