I registered a PayPal account and used it for several years. However, they blocked my account for six months. After that, they offered to withdraw funds to another PayPal account. I submitted the required application along with the documents. However, they refused to transfer the funds to this account and provided no explanation. They simply stated that they did not wish to send money to the individual I specified, without giving any reasons. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?
