Refund case closed

Hello guys, I have an issue my nephew has used my phone for about a month, he was "watching" videos on tiktok little did I know that he spent over $1000 to buy coins on tiktok I have filed a case with PayPal and they answered that there is no fraud here, is there something that I can do to recive my money back? Thank you.

You would be responsible in situations like this. PayPal won’t see this as fraud because the transactions came from your device/IP address. You gave access of your device to others.

You’ll have to talk to the merchant about whether you can return the coins for the money.
