Problem with a dispute

What action can I take when PayPal authorizes a full refund and then reversed course stating they can find no authorization. I have photographed the documents and submitted them but PayPay continues to say they don’t have any proof of a refund.

In this case, your best course would probably be reaching out to our Customer Support teams for assistance. They should be able to guide you on what next steps you have available.
