Hello, basically my PayPal account is temporarily limited and one of the things i have to do to restore my account is resolve my negative balance, but I don't have a negative balance, my paypal balance is 200$ but according to paypal its negative. When i click the resolve negative balance button it just takes me to the home page, can anyone help me figure this out?
