How am I meant to find someone to assist with an unfair account limitation?

I am writing to publicly address the ongoing limitation placed on my PayPal account and to express my frustration with the handling of my case. Upon relocating to the United States, I encountered a temporary limitation on my account due to the absence of a Social Security Number (SSN), a requirement for verification purposes.

During a conversation with one of your support agents, I was assured that once I received my SSN and added it to my PayPal account, the limitation would be promptly lifted. Relying on this guidance, I duly provided my SSN as instructed after obtaining it. However, to my dismay, the limitation was not removed as promised. Instead, my account was permanently restricted, with the explanation that I pose a "risk."

This abrupt and seemingly arbitrary decision has left me deeply perplexed. I followed the steps outlined by your representative in good faith, only to find myself in a more precarious situation. I am compelled to question the rationale behind labeling me as a risk, especially considering that the only pertinent information known about me is my recent relocation to the United States.

Furthermore, it is imperative that I address the considerable difficulty I encountered in reaching someone within your support team who was willing to assist me. Countless attempts to resolve this matter were met with automated responses or unfulfilled promises of a callback from a manager within 24 hours, which never materialized. It took an undue amount of time and effort to finally speak to someone who could provide genuine assistance.

It is disheartening to feel as though I have been unfairly targeted or discriminated against based solely on my status as a newcomer to this country. I implore you to reconsider this decision and provide me with a clear explanation for the actions taken against my account. Additionally, I kindly request a thorough review of my case to rectify this situation and restore full access to my PayPal account.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a prompt resolution.

I've attempted to reach out, but they either disconnect or provide false promises of a call back from a manager within 24 hours.
