On February 20th, I discovered three transactions on my bank account under the name PayPal DIV. I contacted PayPal, who informed me that someone had hacked into my account and initiated transfers to my PayPal balance. They asked me to change my passwords, verify my identity, and open a dispute case to report the unauthorized access. An employee from PayPal also assured me they would call me on Friday, February 23rd, for a follow-up. I didn't receive a call, but on Monday, February 26th, I contacted PayPal again to inform them that the fraudster still had access to my account, as I had just noticed a transfer request scheduled to arrive by March 5th to a Citi Bank account. I've called 10 times, and each time they open a case in the dispute manager, only to close it 24 hours later with an unfavorable outcome. I don't know what else to do! Do you have any ideas? Thank you.
