Credit card statement

Why is it that I submitted all that was requested by PayPal that is ID, proof of address and credit card statement,and yet it is now 3 days they are just reviewing and I cannot be able to withdraw or transact my money.

Mine is that I don’t have a credit card statement I only have a bank statement can I upload that too?
