I cannot get a copy of messages sent between myself and PayPal. I have a dispute that PayPal will not help me with. I must go to my credit card.
My credit card company has asked me for a copy of the messages sent between myself and PayPal, and Ebay, and the seller.
I have paid for an item that was faulty. I was told to send it back under warranty. I have not had it returned. What should I do. I am getting no help from PayPal or Ebay.
