Customer Paid Through Website Money Not Received In Our PayPal Account

1. A customer paid for a purchase through our website that runs a PayPal integration
2. It logs on our system as paid, so the customer went through the payment process and PayPal has charged the customers bank account
3. The money has not been received into our PayPal account for 5 days now.
4. The transaction is not showing up in our PayPal account.
5. its impossible to get in touch with any kind of help and support on PayPal in relation to this issue as it seems some kind of PaYPal admin issue.
6. Under Australian law any business such as PayPal that is providing a professional service must have a clear fault reporting process.
7. All the PayPal process leads back to a page with all existing transactions to which this transaction obviously is not showing up.
8. As it would appear, PayPal has charged and taken the money and not made the money available to us to deduct and get paid out from our PaYPal account.
