I have 2 disputes from the same Chinese company opened on Dec. 31 with PayPal after over 6 weeks of trying to negotiate with the company. There has been no movement on the disputes...it just says "awaiting response" from the other party. What is PayPal's next step if the other party continues to ignore the process?

If you have opened a dispute then you have 'up to' 20 days to escalate the dispute to a claim.
Paypal do not get involved until its at the claim stage.

Thank you! When it gets to that point, where do I found "filing a claim" on the website, or will they notify me?
