Negative balance

I have a negative balance $53 how do I pay it won’t allow me to pay with my debit card and am not able to send a check also my account is limited what can I do

@Serenity345, thanks for joining and welcome back! This is a great question. Yes! If you contact our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact Us", they can direct you to a team who can normally resolve your negative balance with a debit or credit card.
