Good afternoon I recently paid my negative balance and it was delivered to the address PayPal told me to mail it to on august 24th 2023 and I am wondering why is my account is still in the negatives when I call the collection team they told me they can’t help me because am not in the United States or Canada can someone please tell me what to do because I did everything that I was suppose to do and I paid my negative balance but it is still in the negatives ...
