Hello PayPal Community,
I'm a freelance designer who recently invoiced a client for digital services. However, upon receiving the payment, my account was limited, requesting documents like proof of purchase from a supplier and proof of fulfillment.
As a service provider with a personal PayPal account, I don't engage in physical product sales or have suppliers. Also, as my work is digital, there are no tangible goods to fulfill.
Could someone please advise on the required steps to resolve this limitation and which documents are applicable in my situation?
