Hello PayPal Community, I'm a freelance designer who recently invoiced a client for digital services. However, upon receiving the payment, my account was limited, requesting documents like proof of purchase from a supplier and proof of fulfillment. As a service provider with a personal PayPal account, I don't engage in physical product sales or have suppliers. Also, as my work is digital, there are no tangible goods to fulfill.
