Hello community I send my payment to payooner and the payooner bank cancelled my payment since 3 months ago . And I contact to my payooner bank he's give me a reference and a screenshot and he's saying now contact your payer or something like that and what I do know please someone explain . This email he's send me We are reaching out to update you on the status of your cancelled payment. Our relevant team has provided proof of return confirmation indicating that the transaction was indeed processed. In light of this, I recommend sharing this documentation with your payer to facilitate locating the payment in their local bank account.
