Hello @siskaliee,
Thanks for joining the PayPal Community!
I'm sorry to hear that someone was able to log into your PayPal account without your permission. It sounds like they changed the email address and removed yours, which is preventing you from logging in. To restore access to your old account and file an unauthorized dispute, you would need to work with Customer Support. You can review all of the different options for contacting Customer Support in your area on our Help Center here.
After they're able to fix your contact information so you can log in again, you can file an unauthorized dispute following these steps. Please also reset your password and security question using these tips. I also suggest setting up 2-Step Verification to add another layer of security to your PayPal account.
I hope you're able to reach Customer Support soon to report the unauthorized access!

I sent my concerns to the resolution centre and they simply said it was not an unauthorised payment and refused to refund the money.
It is a scam that has gone viral and PayPal says it is legitimate
How do I get my money back?

This what i'm afraid of too. Cause on facebook someone hacks your account they able to change the email without using a code from the first email and second code for the new email.
Paypal security should of placed code for the old email to confirm you made that request.
