Scam refund attempt

So i recieved a payment through friends and family, by a guy trying to pull a scam on me. My question is, can he by contacting his bank actually get a refund on the payment?

Why would you want to keep his money and not refund him?

If you don't refund then you are the scammer surely?

we had a deal about some in-game codes, the guy paid me (im selling the codes) used them and then tries to get a refund
