After 180 days of account limit, PayPal did not email me, I have contacted PayPal staff many times but no one has answered, is your company cheating customers?

If no disputes are opened in 180 days then normally you are allowed to withdraw the funds. That is as long as you are over 18, account is in your legal name and the account is registered in the country where you reside. You also have to wait for the Paypal email saying you are eligible for a funds withdrawal.

Sometimes they confiscate funds under this policy.

Paypal also may request further documentation from you before you can withdraw those funds.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.

The solution is you have been PERMANENTLY BANNED....if you don't want to or can't contact customer services then 🤷

Based on the time when your company notified me of the funds available for withdrawal when restricting my account (November 22, 2023), this has been a long time and your company has not been able to give any feedback, is it suspected of defrauding customers?

If you are permanently banned then you are no longer a customer of Paypals so that is why they won't answer you.

You can no longer use their site or a Paypal account, that is what the word permanent means.

If you haven't received an email to say you can withdraw the funds then you have to wait. If you don't get one at all then read my first post/reply in this thread.
