I'm not sure what these charges are on my PayPal account. I have 3 of them in a row. They have already come out of my checking account. I hope you can help
they automatically put themself s on the automatic payment list and first thing you know (in my case ) the next day they bill you 3 times, Doesn t make any sense. If i wanted 3 orders i d of put it on th e first one.. The paypal asks you is this a double order. I said no it s a triple order and I just ordered one 38.00 and they accepted one and refund me but not the other. Why because the amounts were not the same Example Original order 38.00 2 order 38.00 3 order 42,55 .These are just example figures. Tired of fiddling around with nonsense I made a complaint to the fraud section of consumer protection government agency and they are looking into it. This has happened to others before by the same company. what I don t get is the automatic payment renewal which was never approved.
I have this charge related to some Wellnee pain relief patches I bought. If you googled it, this subscription scam seems to be very prevalent. Their system subscribes you without you being aware. I also found a similar thing with ‘sleep patches’ that appear to do the same subscription scam. Beware. Most complainant could not get hold of anyone in the company to speak with.
Hi, I also had this problem and it was for a patch to jell with sleep. I wondered if there would be automatic payments withdrawn so I searched the site and found nothing so I could opt out if there wS. I canceled the automatic withdrawals
So I finally received the order today. As you guys have been saying, it is for a sleep patch. I had gone in and canceled the payment from PayPal, so I knew there would be no more subscriptions, but they offered me a 30% refund and I just got noticed that that will be here on the eighth, so I wonder if these things work? Because I obviously am now the proud owners of sleep patches. Lol.
I’ve got an issue with MB versus Media too. I ordered 1 item from them and have been billed for 6 with a monthly subscription thrown in. I have never agreed to this. I tried to cancel the order within 35 minutes but they ignored me and said the items were being shipped. I am in the process of trying to get money back through PayPal. It’s a scam definitely.
Can’t believe that PayPal have been of little help! Keep opening up communications with them. They are fully aware of problems with this company which will persist so why they don’t automatically take customer’s side and make refunds is inexcusable. Don’t give up!
I too have had issues with MB Versus. I bought one item from them, they then took another payment from a further 3 items that I did not order. They also charged me for 2 lots of postage and only posted one parcel. Please can anyone advise. PayPal would not intervene even though it was an unauthorized payment
