Hello I met someone on a social media platform and she offered to send me 9000$. She is situated in USA and me in South Africa. She send me a snapshot of the transaction. Status is Pending. So now she says I must put 75$ into my PayPal account for fees. Then the money will be released. We both have personal accounts. Well, that's what she says. I'm confused. I guess it's safe to pay money into my own account? But I'm not sure. Can anyone please assist. Thank you.
