Hi I sold 6 China dishes to a buyer in Australia via ebayUK. I posted the parcel to her and When she received them I go a message from eBay saying they were used not brand new as I had stated. This is completely untrue but to resolve the complaint I offered her a £12 partial refund which she accepted. E bay then closed the case on 28/6/2020. this morning I received an e mail from PayPal saying this woman wants a full refund and me to pay the postage for the bowls to be returned to me. The postage cost is more than the value of the bowls. Why has she waited 6 weeks to start wanting her money back. I am so angry as I think she is not being honest. How would you deal with this.
