I ordered a product in March and still have not received it.

I made a purchase and have never received the item.  It was $98.00

I thought I had accidentally erased the receipt but just found it yesterday so I emailed the contact. I got an email today saying it is no longer an active email.

Can you do anything to contact them to send my product? Any ideas or am I out of luck? Should I contact my bank about fraud?

Think you are a few days too late to open a paypal dispute.

You had up to 180 days post payment to open a paypal dispute for non receipt of item.

Click on the transaction and see if you can still open one for non receipt > put in information and escalate it to a claim.
